138. You Become Unstoppable When You Stop Putting Conditions On Your Willpower
You've probably heard that willpower is a finite resource.
Willpower depletes over the course of the day.
The more you use willpower throughout the day, the less you have later.
And while these ideas might be true, I believe one of the biggest ways we limit and reduce our willpower is when we make our willpower conditional.
Our willpower only shows up in certain circumstances.
It's only possible to have willpower during these times, but not those ones.
This limits our power in our daily lives.
I believe you become unstoppable when you stop putting conditions on your willpower.
