I am Kayla Van Egdom, a health coach and personal trainer who has lost and gained the same 30 pounds over a dozen times. I was beyond frustrated because no matter how hard I worked, I kept falling back into the same self-destructive patterns: binge-eating, numbing my emotions, perfectionism, and trying to hate myself thin.


Since then, I have maintained a loss of 30+ pounds for over two years and have built a life where I naturally and pleasurably maintain the transformation.


It wasn’t a rigid diet or a crazy workout program that created these changes. It was the relentless pursuit of personal and spiritual growth. I became the energetic match for the body and life I’d always dreamed of, and that made all the difference.
